We are your information highway

We provide a layer which will contain all the documents, e-mails, images and other unstructured data sources in your organisation.  The current applications you use at the moment will use our platform to store the content files.

What are the benefits of doing this?

  • Collaboration and Version control

  • Everybody has secured access to the same data files

  • No delays in file processing with clear workflows

How does it work?

ViciDocs ECM is the platform on which all the documents are stored. By securing access (up to file level) and showing only relevant data your employees will be able to handle queries better and quicker.

The ViciFlow BPM will automate the information flow in your company. See it as the autopilot. The solution ensures that the right user gets the right information at the right time when action is required.

Structured Vs. Unstructured Data

Structured data

For the most part, structured data refers to information with a high degree of organization, such that inclusion in a relational database is seamless and readily searchable by simple, straightforward search engine algorithms or other search operations; whereas unstructured data is essentially the opposite. Examples of structured data are invoice data stored in an ERP application, payroll information stored in an HR application or customer details stored in a CRM application.

Unstructured Data

Unstructured Data (or unstructured information) refers to information that either does not have a pre-defined data model or is not organized in a pre-defined manner. Unstructured information is typically text-heavy, but may contain data such as dates, numbers, and facts as well. Examples of unstructured data include documents, photos, drawings, faxes, scanned documents and e-mails.
