Vicisoft has designed the portal for reporting issues by customers. Customers can report issues faced by them while working on Vicisoft Enterprise Pro and Vicisoft ERP. It has been designed in a manner that the customers can explain issues faced and upload screenshots of pages where they faced the problem, for easy understanding and resolving of the issues.
Customer can use this portal to do the following
Report the issue and generate the ticket.
Track the progress of resolution of the issue by using the generated ticket number after an issue is reported.
All the customer need to do is send email to firstname.lastname@example.org from its registered email id. The customer can login and report the issue using the received credentials and report the issue.
